Treatment with microvascular decompression (MVD) has success rate over 90%. use “off-the-root entry zone” MVD, which eliminates need an adjuvant rhizotomy, best GPN. addition, although gamma knife radiosurgery categorized destructive procedure, can still be another option if patient ineligible MVD.Discussion Conclusion: Practitioners must consider when diagnosing patients rhizopathy; should distinguished other syndromes, especially neuralgia. With accurate diagnosis, appropriate plan developed.
